Financial Communication That Actually Works

We've spent years watching talented finance professionals struggle to explain complex concepts. Not because they lack expertise, but because translating technical knowledge into clear conversation is its own skill.

This program focuses on what matters most in Australian finance environments. You'll learn to present data, handle difficult conversations about money, and build trust through genuine communication.

Starting October 2025, our next cohort brings together 18 professionals who want to strengthen how they communicate financial information to clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Learn From People Who've Been There

Our mentors aren't just teaching theory. They've navigated real client conversations, handled tough questions about market volatility, and built practices through genuine relationships.

Thea Lundqvist

Client Relations Specialist

Thea worked in wealth management for 12 years before focusing on communication training. She understands the challenge of explaining superannuation strategies to people who just want straight answers.

Her sessions cover practical scenarios you'll actually face, like explaining market downturns to worried clients or presenting portfolio changes to skeptical board members.

Financial Advisory Coach

After 15 years advising SME clients across Queensland and NSW, Briony knows that technical knowledge alone doesn't build lasting client relationships.

She focuses on the real conversations that happen when numbers meet emotions—inheritance discussions, business sale negotiations, and retirement planning with couples who don't agree on timing.

How The Program Works

We run this over eight months because changing communication patterns takes practice. Each phase builds on what came before, giving you time to test new approaches in your actual work environment.

1

Foundation Skills

We start with the basics that too many people skip. How to structure financial explanations so people actually follow along. How to check understanding without making clients feel tested. How to adapt your language for different audiences without dumbing anything down.

Weeks 1-8
2

Difficult Conversations

The conversations nobody teaches you how to handle. Telling a client their retirement timeline isn't realistic. Explaining why their portfolio lost value when their neighbor's didn't. Discussing fees when someone thinks all advice should be free.

Weeks 9-16
3

Presentation Development

Whether you're presenting to boards, running client education sessions, or pitching to prospects, you need to hold attention while delivering complex information. We work on structure, visual support, and handling questions that derail your prepared content.

Weeks 17-24
4

Applied Practice

The final phase is all practice with real scenarios. You bring actual communication challenges you're facing, and we work through them together. Most participants say this is where everything clicks, because you're solving your real problems, not textbook examples.

Join The Next Group

We keep cohorts small because this work requires active participation and honest feedback. You'll spend eight months with the same group of professionals, which means real relationships form.

People who get the most from this program come ready to be challenged on how they currently communicate. If you're looking for quick tips or shortcuts, this probably isn't the right fit.
